TERMS OF SERVICE
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME
- I have the right to refuse any commission requests I feel uncomfortable with.
- I will be sending a sketch for approval, and will only accept minor revisions after this.
- Please place your order through a twitter DM to @luphorica, this is where I will be sending the sketch and the finished piece too ! I will ask you to send references of ideas/aesthetics/sketches of how you want your piece to be before I start the sketching process.
- Depending on the style you choose, the size of the artwork, and the amount of commissions you asked for, the commission can take a some time (1-4 weeks+) ! We will work out a suitable deadline for both of us during your commission on ordering.
- If there is a specific and small time limit on the piece (for example a birthday gift). There will be an additional cost of £6+ GBP.
- When ordering, please copy-paste the format (that you can find in the menu under the 'commissions form' button) and fill out the information that is needed so I can be as thorough with your design as possible !
- Extra charges may apply if the design is complicated.
- I will update you the process through DMs on twitter
REVISIONS
- You can request minor revisions when seeing first sketch, major revisions can only take place during sketch/line art stages.
- Major revisions requested after sketch/line art stage will add additional fees starting at 15% of the original price of the commission depending on how major the revision is.
PAYMENT
- I will ask for 50% payment (GBP) on PayPal before sketch. I will ask for the other 50% after all revisions and changes have been made and final sketch has been sent to you !
- After you accepted the sketch AND sent over the payment, I wont accept refunds!
- You can pay through PayPal (i will send a request to your PayPal when i'm done with the sketch)
COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION
The artist has the right to:
- Include the commissioned work in their portfolios, commission sheets, etc.
- Post the commissioned artwork on their social media pages.The commissioner is not allowed to:
- Reproduce and sell the commissioned artwork and/or use it for any commercial use. All commissioned art is for PERSONAL USE only. (unless discussed otherwise)
- Claim the artwork as their own.
- Post the commissioned artwork online without credit.
- Use the commissioned artwork for NFT.

PLEASE COPY AND PASTE THIS FORM AND FILL OUT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE I CAN CARRY OUT YOUR COMMISSION OF YOUR CHARACTER WITH AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE :)
This form is for complex characters, if your commission is simple (drawing of a photo in my style etc.) then don't worry and send me a twitter DM directly and we can discuss there !- Characters name and personality : (so I can get a feel for the character I am drawing )
- At least 2-3 References about your character! if you don't have art reference, or photo please send colour themes, Pinterest boards of aesthetics etc:
